I'm still weighing in every morning (2 whole days in a row lol)
As I've mentioned, I'm not going to report it every day here, just every Friday like usual. But I've added a link to my graph if anyone is curios :) It's over there just above my weekly weigh in list.

Great to hear that you're keeping up with the daily weighing. It just becomes part of your routine after a couple of weeks. The trick is to ignore the daily fluctuations and look more at the general trend. One number, in either direction, means very little.

ReplyDeleteI DID get on it :) 20 minutes/.77 mile On Incline 1. And carried 2 LB weights for 5 minutes :)

Mark is totally right with the weight fluctuation issue. Nobody weighs the exact same number every day and nobody will lose weight every single day. Just remember that and keep plugging away!
ReplyDeleteI won't let the daily weigh ins bother me :) I know it's normal to go up and down. I'll just keep concentrating on getting a loss for the WEEK and not worry so much about the day :)

So far so good though, I think it's keeping me on track better and is actually good for me!
