Does that sound familiar? "I could never give up my 'Whatever' "
That's me with pizza huh? Is that you, with any certain food?
I obviously can't stop at just one at this point, and I really do need to just give it up for now :(
Great job Drew!

Pizza! Did someone say...pizza? (Picture a cartoon version of me, with drool coming out of my mouth, and twirling spirals where my eyes should be) xxxooooo
ReplyDeleteIt won't let me watch the video. It may be because I'm not from the US.
ReplyDeleteIf you're struggling with willpower, keep well away from temptation. As nice as pizza tastes, it has no nutritional benefits to speak of. Why battle with it, trying to stick to one slice, when you're better off without eating any of it?
How about starting a pizza-free count? :)
I guess if you aren't at a point where you can limit yourself, then yes you need to eliminate it entirely. But, sometimes that backfires too. What is the answer? A delay tactic maybe? Tell yourself just one now and in an hour you can have another and by then maybe you're in better control. I don't know. Gotta work on that control.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the comments!
ReplyDeleteBoth the delay tactic and the no pizza count are great ideas :) I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet...
Sorry you couldn't watch the video Mark :(
Pretty much a quick video talking to Drew Carey who has recently went from 265 to 185. He wants to loose 15 more and is really struggling with it, I think he looks GREAT at 185. He says that the easiest way to loose weight is to eat veggies/ fresh foods and just eat healthy. He says "But no one wants to do it because they think: oh, I could never give up my 'whatever'..." and that reminded me of myself.
